Privacy Policy
This policy explains what berrycrawl collects to run the dashboard, API, billing, support, and agent setup flow.
Information we collect
We collect account details, organization membership, API keys metadata, usage records, billing identifiers, webhook configuration, support messages, and technical logs. API keys are stored as hashes; plaintext keys are shown only when created.
Request data
API requests may include URLs, prompts, extraction schemas, webhook payloads, and job results. Store only data you are allowed to process, and avoid sending secrets in URLs or request bodies.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, operate the API, process jobs, enforce usage limits, deliver webhooks, send transactional email, prevent abuse, bill subscriptions, and debug failures.
Processors
We use service providers for hosting, database, cache, email, billing, observability, object storage, and optional data providers. Stripe processes payment details; berrycrawl does not store card numbers.
